At Café Violette, Chef Kyle Martin has created a menu inspired by the Mediterranean coast of France. Food that is rooted in the tradition of French cuisine is often accompanied by the fresh flavors of the sea. This region is home to the oldest cities and ports in France and its food has been influenced by neighboring trading partners for centuries. The ingredients and spices from Spain, Italy, Greece, Turkey, and North Africa can all be found in this area and are  incorporated into France’s rich culinary history.
